So after Muscat, we continued cruising and eventually reached Dubai. I had to say goodbye to all the friends I made who were traveling on the first segment of the cruise with me, but thankfully the singers and other folks who work aboard were still there to keep me company. Plus, I did make some new friends on the second segment. But the great thing Bout this cruise was the number of countries we hit back to back: after Abu Dhabi which was amazing (huge gorgeous mosque that had 3 x $30 million chandeliers hanging in it!), we went to Kuwait, then Bahrain (yay!!! My 100th country!!!), then Qatar, then back to Dubai. It was great! My main highlights were the mosque of Abu Dhabi and hitting my 100th country!!! But all good things must come to an end, so I finally had to pack up and say goodbye to the ship that had been my home for nearly a month!
I caught a taxi to the airport and caught my flight to Muscat, Oman, where my guide and driver were waiting for me! They took me to my hotel for the next two nights, which was very nice!
